It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marty Morrison, long time member of the Marrickville Peace Group (MPG) and dedicated human rights and peace activist.
Marty was a remarkable woman of great love, compassion and generosity. Age never dulled her determination to campaign for human rights and an end to discrimination and oppression in all its forms. Marty was a stalwart of the MPG, a tireless campaigner and an inspiration to members and peace advocates alike. Her memory will forever help us focus on striving to make this world a more caring, equal and peaceful place.
Our condolences go to her family and friends and all who loved and admired her.

A wonderful tribute to a truly remarkable woman. Mum gained great energy from working with like-minded people, like all of you in the Marrickville Peace Group.
May she be dancing with angels.
